Our online digital division, www.MAQAMMP3.com, carries thousands of songs, available at true CD quality, DRM-free (Digital Rights Management), studio-mastered, and digitized to maintain both the original uniqueness of the recording as well as the highest sound quality possible. The MAQAM® offices and global fulfillment center are located in Chicago. Please note the global fulfillment center is not open to the public. Being exclusively online, with no showrooms or retail stores, allows us to keep prices low and provide the widest possible access to our customers worldwide. OUR PRODUCTS HOW TO SEARCH FOR A CD OR ARTIST
To find a complete listing of all the artists currently in our catalog, click on "Artists" in the left navigation bar to see an alphabetical list of all artists, or click on "Country" for a list by Country. To find all tracks by a specific artist (including any songs or tracks on compilations), type the name of the artist (exactly as it is typed in the alphabetical order list) in the Search box on the right side of every page. If the artist you are looking for is not in our alphabetic list or if you are looking for a song with a certain word in the title, search on that artist name/word. For example, if you search on the word DARIN (type the word into the search box on the right side of each page), you will get all the items whose artist name includes Darin and also all the items that have Darin in the track name and/or description. As another example, if you type Elissa in the search box, you will see not only all of her items (that you will also see if you click on Elissa in the Artist list), but also a list of all items that include her (for example, compilation CDs and DVDs that she appears on). When looking at each CD on the website, click on to listen to a sound sample of each track. All available items are currently shown on our website. To request additional items, you must submit an email through the Contact Us section. Submit all known information on the item (Artist, Title, etc.) and you will receive a response as soon as our Research Department has completed its investigation.
IN STOCK Availability is indicated on the web site for each product. Orders with In Stock items usually process and ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Shipping times begin when the order is actually shipped. For example, if you place an order for in-stock items on Saturday using 3 Day delivery, the order begins processing on Monday (1-2 business days for processing), the order usually ships by Tuesday or Wednesday, and the package will be delivered Friday or Monday (3 business days for delivery in this example).
OUT OF STOCK Out of Stock items are expected to arrive in the near future, so these items are available for purchase. In most cases, your order will be held for shipment until the order is complete.
CURRENTLY ON BACKORDER Items marked as Currently on Backorder are not expected to arrive in the near future, so these items are not available for purchase. The product status will change to In Stock when the item is again available for purchase.
CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE Items marked as Currently Unavailable are usually items that are currently out of production. If the item becomes available, the product status will change to In Stock and will be available for purchase.
BOOTLEG sound recordings contain songs from live performances and have been manufactured without authorization from the artist. Bootleg recordings often list the name of the artist and the location and date of the live performance. Bootlegs, sometimes referred to as “Imports”, can also be found on VHS tapes and DVDs.
Please help us protect your favorite artists' work by not participating in unauthorized and unlawful duplication of copyrighted materials. Credit Card Identification Number
A credit card Identification Number is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For credit card purchases from MAQAM®, the Identification Number is required information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - APO/DPO/FPO MAQAM® ships to all military addresses. These shipments are considered US deliveries, so please select United States for shipping country, type APO, DPO, or FPO for the city, and select AA, AE, or AP for the state (found in the A’s in the state list). These orders are shipped only via US Postal Service, so select Economy or Standard shipping methods; Expedited Shipping Methods are not available.
CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE IS MY ORDER? MAQAM® ships every business day. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday only, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please check the information in the Shipping Information Section and also the date of shipment in your confirmation emails (sent to your email address upon receipt of order and shipment of order) for normal delivery times. Shipping confirmation emails contain full details regarding your order, items shipped, back ordered items, etc. If you did not receive your confirmation emails, please check your junk/bulk/spam folder. We are not responsible for emails not received. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your MAQAM Account at www.maqam.com. Please Note: Tracking of shipments is available for expedited delivery methods only (no tracking for Economy and Standard shipping methods). RETURNS/EXCHANGES Opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned products. RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO RETURN. Return and exchange instructions are clearly printed on your invoice. Please email us for authorization and be sure to include your name, order number, complete address, and reason for return or exchange. You will receive automatic return authorization, including full instructions, within 1-2 business days.
