I have just danced my first Belly Dance with Paulina! The DVD was an excellent introduction to Belly Dancing. I thought it was perfect for a first timer like me. Paulina was great at taking the right amount of time to explain the moves and demonstrate the moves and I really loves that she demonstrated every verbal and physical move from many angles.
