Discover Bellydance: Mystic Dance

This program introduces the softer and more flowing movements of bellydance. You will learn seductive moves that will enable you to perform a fully choreographed and mesmerizing dance routine. After a satisfying warm-up, you will receive step-by-step instructions from identical twins, Veena & Neena, on how to execute the upper and lower body movements associated with bellydance. The elements are isolated and taught slowly, so you can learn each ones subtleties. As you become more comfortable with the moves, you can develop speed and expression. Veena & Neena will teach you upward and downward figure eights, spins, traditional veil movements and head slides combined with seductive arm and shoulder moves. Now you are ready to integrate these movements into a fun and exciting choreographed dance routine.

I am trying to teach belly dance in my town ( I had some lessons last year)but I found that if I want to continue to learn (I live 200 km from the nearest teacher)I could teach as well. The Beyond Basic and Mystic have given me so much more material, and the moves are performed with so much more freedom (unlike my teacher last year) keep up the good work!
