Well, I feel that the instructor is very annoying and the music sounds like a swarm of angry bees. However, the moves are broken down very very well, step by step. I had never danced in my life, at all, and I was able to follow along well. So I have to say this is excellent for begginers and worth the cost...just try to put up with the music.

very good value. i just started learning and this helps a lot by breaking the movement down. definitely worth it.

I really cannot dance - no exaggeration!! But with this DVD, I can. The steps are broken down so anyone can do them....REALLY!!

I really like how easy it is to follow the moves and learn the basics of belly dance. good workout and builds up.
